When you create an account to design your custom mascot, we collect basic details such as your name, business email address, and company name. To handle payments safely, all billing and credit card details are processed securely by Stripe, our premium payment provider. Yokaify never stores or sees your raw credit card numbers.

Information Collected — Your Website Visitors

Yokaify is built on a privacy-first foundation. To keep the chat experience smooth, our system assigns an anonymous visitor code stored securely in the browser. We collect the conversation messages sent to the mascot to generate accurate answers. We do not engage in cross-site tracking, do not build marketing profiles, and never share visitor conversations with third-party advertisers.

How We Use the Information

We use the collected information solely to operate, maintain, and polish your virtual assistant. This includes presenting you with beautiful analytics on visitor interactions in your dashboard, improving the assistant's conversation quality, processing secure subscription payments, and preventing misuse. We do not sell your personal or business details to anyone.

European Union & Global Privacy Rights

We respect privacy laws worldwide. If you or your visitors are located in regions with strict data privacy laws (such as the European Union or United Kingdom), you hold complete control over your personal details. This includes the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your records at any time. Simply contact our support team to exercise these options.

Cookies & Browser Storage Explained

Unlike traditional tools, we do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies that follow visitors across the web. We use standard, secure local storage inside the visitor's own browser to remember their mascot chat history. This ensures that if a visitor refreshes your page, the mascot remembers where the conversation left off, providing a seamless customer experience.

Data Retention & Secure Deletion

We keep conversation records active for 90 days to help you analyze visitor interests and improve your mascot settings. You can request immediate deletion of these logs at any time. All personal account information is safely stored until you choose to cancel your account, after which your files are permanently scrubbed from our systems.
