By accessing, browsing, or using Yokaify, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service. Your continued use of the platform represents your ongoing consent and agreement to any future revisions of these terms.
Yokaify provides custom-tailored, smart virtual sales mascot widgets designed to be embedded on your company websites. The assistant works automatically to greet visitors, present custom business details, answer common visitor inquiries using your pre-approved business information, and capture visitor lead details to pass directly to your sales team.
To access our assistant builder, you must create a verified business account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete details during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts found to contain false details.
We expect all customers to use Yokaify in a professional, fair, and legal manner. You agree not to use the assistant to mislead website visitors, transmit harmful or unsolicited communications, collect sensitive personal financial information without legal consent, bypass our service limits, reverse-engineer our software, or represent the virtual mascot as a real biological person in a deceptive way.
You retain full and complete ownership of all information, website text, product details, and branding files that you provide to Yokaify to train your virtual assistant. By submitting this information, you grant Yokaify a limited, secure, and private license to process, store, and display this content solely to run the virtual assistant for your specific account. We will never sell, lease, or use your business data to train models for other customers.
Paid business plans are billed transparently on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in advance. All pricing details are clearly displayed on our Pricing page, and you will never experience hidden fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades or cancellations take effect at the close of your current billing cycle.
To the absolute maximum extent permitted by law, Yokaify and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our assistant. While we strive for absolute accuracy, our virtual mascot learns from the information you provide, and you remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of details displayed on your own website. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid us over the past 12 months.
You are in complete control of your data. You may cancel your business account at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your virtual assistant will be deactivated immediately. To ensure absolute privacy, all training documents, scraped data, and mascot settings will be permanently and securely deleted from our active databases within 30 days.
